Anar Rub Tech employs the most modern technology, equipment and programming advances to experimentally measure its cycles in order to ensure consistency.

An anilox roller, a delicate component, should be cleaned frequently to prevent ink from forming and blocking the anilox holes. You can clean these rollers using one of two methods: a steel brush with an extraordinary cleaning agent, or using ultrasonic cleaning machines.

Anilox Rollers offer many benefits, including better and improved corrosion prevention, long assistance life, ideal and easy handling (TIR), high repeatability (TIR), quick and convenient-free changing over, quick reaction to changing colors requirements and a reduced setup time.

We can provide you with custom anilox roller arrangements that are tailored to your requirements thanks to our customized engraving innovation. Laser engraving can also be done on behalf of clients. Our tailored anilox technology and innovation may be the best option for you if you have a particular format or area of application.

All about Anilox Roller

Anilox Rollers, which are typically used in Flexographic and Gravure printing, are produced by our company. The product's cell design is available in a variety of shapes, including quadrangle, pyramid, hexagon, and tri-helical line. Along the chamber's carved length, layer deposition tends to be consistent. We are able to engrave chambers up to 350 X 3000 mm in length. If we are given information on the percentage of the chemical or ink that will be covered in solids as well as the estimated dry GSM deposit on the substrate, we may select the proper LPI and engraving depth. The range of the screen count is 25–350 LPI, and the engraving cylinders have dry GSM deposits ranging from 1–20 GSM. Anar Rub Tech experimentally measures its cycles to ensure consistency using cutting-edge modern technologies, tools, and programming developments. The greatest option for our customers is the manufacturer, exporter, and supplier of ANILOX ROLLER with the best raw material. Printing roller...

Ceramic Anilox Roller Manufacturer in Ahmedabad

CERAMIC ANILOX ROLLER   Ceramic Anilox Rollers are made up of a ceramic functional layer that provides the basis for laser engraving. These rollers have two surface materials: Aluminium oxide (Al2O3), and Chromium dioxide (Cr2O3).   These rollers are suitable for high-energy laser engraving due to their high melting properties and high density. There are many options for cell patterns, including 60 Degree Hexagon and 45 Degree Helix, S Pattern and Art Patt.   Thermal spraying is used to treat the surface. These ceramic anilox rollers are processed using based-roller technology.   The roller is then subject to a sandblasting process, which then gives it a Nickel-chromium alloy coating. Finally, the ceramic layer is coated with a Chromium oxide ceramic layer.   The next step is Carborundum grinding, followed by polishing.   It is then subject to laser engraving, and finally cleaned and polished. These rollers can reach a maximum length if 5000mm ...

What Is Anilox Roller ? | Anar Rub Tech Pvt. Ltd.

What Is Anilox Roller ? An  anilox  is a printing method that provides a precise amount of ink to a flexible (flexo)printing plate.  An anilox roll, a hard cylinder made of steel or aluminum, is coated with an industrial ceramic, whose surface is engraved in millions of fine dimples. These are known as anilox cells.   The anilox roll is coated with a specific layer of ink, which is transferred to the raised areas of the printing plate.   The amount of ink delivered to the plate will depend on the number, size and geometry of the anilox cell. Depending on the detail of the images to be printed, the press operator will select an anilox roll with a higher or lower line screen. The number of cells that are engraved on the anilox is called "line screen". Low line screen rolls (100 to 300 lpi) can be used when a thick layer of ink is required, such as for heavy block lettering. Higher line screens (500-1500 lpi) produce finer details and are...
